Georgia Tech-Europe and its leadership are aware of and closely following recent events in the Middle East. We are connected to and actively monitoring guidance from the Department of State, the Overseas Security Advisory Council, U.S. Embassies and Consulates, On Call International, and various news outlets.
The health and safety of the Georgia Tech community is our top priority. We do not currently foresee the recent changes in the security landscape affecting Georgia Tech-Europe operations and programming. However, if this changes, all students, faculty, and staff traveling on Georgia Tech programming are covered under a comprehensive health and emergency insurance plan, which includes emergency evacuation.
We encourage any students or parents with questions to contact Georgia Tech-Europe at info@europe.gatech.edu, and we will be happy to speak with you or direct you to the appropriate contact.
Georgia Tech-Lorraine officially joins NeurotechEU, a European University and vast network of elite universities and industry partners dedicated to advances in neuroscience and technology.
